      Great pay and opportunity. The company goes above and beyond to help you succeed.

      The work volume is storm based and you can experience slower periods but when it is busy, your busy.

      Pros

      Smallish company where everyone knows your name, catered lunch on Wednesdays, decent benefits offering, stocked fridge with sodas, etc. Office staff is friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Actual growth potential within the company is not clear since it is still growing and progression is not defined. Seems like people can wear multiple hats at times...definitely a “do more with less” type company.
