My favorite thing about LSEO is that the CEO has a leadership style that he surrounds himself with good people and gets out of their way. I'm left to run the business as I see fit on a day-to-day basis while the CEO makes the big decisions. The next thing that I love about working at LSEO is the team. The team I work with is made up of some of the best and brightest people I have ever worked with. In 2020 during a pandemic, LSEO was recognized for 3 U.S. Search Awards. Lastly, I really enjoy doing our podcast. Doing the podcast is a fun alternative way to push content out to the world.
Cons
The only real downside to working at LSEO (right now) is that during the COVID pandemic, connecting with your team is a bit more complicated. We try very hard to have meetings and all the virtual stuff, but my personality type is just one that loves to be around people.
