Pros
Remote work is almost the norm in LLI and it really works! The company's culture embodies transparency and trust, which are essential for a remote framework to work. LLI is also a company that puts its employees first and always makes sure we're confident with our work and professionally fulfilled.
Cons
As it is a small company, sometimes we have to wear more than one hat. I take it as a learning opportunity, but I also understand it's not for everyone.
