The Job has a family-friendly leadership and offers hours for overtime almost consistently. The place is not at all a bad place to work as it offers growth opportunities along with good benefits.

Some of the customer-members may be rude and making it difficult to comply with HIPPA violations to keep the job. The job has a high call volume that it makes breaks in between calls almost non-existent. The job is inherently a high demand service, so attendance may seem micromanaged.

Massively inept leadership team, unethical practices, manipulating lives and taxpayer money and forcing you to take 120 calls in 6 hours to explain it away for essentially minimum wage. Run, don’t walk, past any job posting you see.
