No 401k match. 0 accountability. Toxic work environment where everyone is overworked and not rewarded for their efforts. When people leave, there is no announcement and everyone ignores the elephant in the room.
They laid about 40 people off and refused to share the list of those laid off and their contact info since they decided they want to give those affected some space…weird logic. There’s nothing wrong with reaching out to your colleagues and offering them access to your network.
Engineering is a mess for lack of a better word. No leadership. Those in leadership positions don’t take a stand. Some engineers try to set standards and they’re completely ignored. It’s mind boggling.
Not sure what CEO or CTO do. Or even other C level employees. They’re completely disconnected from the actual work. Meanwhile, they continue to pressure their employees to work harder and enter “execution mode” like we aren’t already.
They really aren’t doing themselves any favors and people are dropping like flies. At least the good ones. They make absolutely no effort to retain people.
