Keyloop has one of the worst culture I have experienced. Very disorganized company with lots of problems everywhere and little to no will to change.

The job itself is remote, but it seems managers come up with more and more micromanagement techniques on monthly basis

Cons

No room for growth as a chat agent, the salary is really considering the remote of work you have to put in and the number of chats you have to maintain

- Good people outside of management and executives - Fully remote work - Good work/life balance as a result

Cons

- Ridiculous unattainable sales goals meaning no bonuses or raises - Feels like they're pushing people out to be replaced by AI, or far cheaper less skilled labor to just use AI instead of knowing anything themselves - No one in a leadership position truly feels like a leader that's willing to push back when poor decisions are being made above them
