The company's burn rate is outpacing it's sales. They've got only a couple of months of cash reserves left until they start asking people to work without a paycheck. They've made a series of massive blunders in marketing, user conferences and getting a new product to market that have cost the company dearly. Their response to this was to RAISE the price of their products across the board. Absentee leadership. Lack of direction. Lack of Communication. No marketing for a product that needs to be marketed. Product has languished, and is delivering 'Features' that the competition has had for several years already. There's no compelling reason for new customers to buy, or for existing customers to upgrade. Unless you are in the HQ in the Czech Republic, there aren't many options for mobility within the company. Satellite office positions are mostly sales, and are extremely volatile as well. Quotas are frequently updated to keep teams from succeeding which creates a culture of stress and infighting that is actually fostered by leadership.
