      Kenko is Truly Like Home to Me

      Pros

      Having started my career here during the Gymday days(2018) and then moving on to gain valuable people management experience as an AEM at MoEngage where i was responsible for delivering large scale projects end to end, and now returning as a Lead, Kenko genuinely feels like home to me. It’s an incredible environment. Less Meetings, More Focus: The culture values an engineer's time. There are very few unnecessary meetings, allowing you to stay in the zone and focus on actual building. Fantastic Team: Highly collaborative, smart, and driven individuals who push you to be better every day. Ownership: You are given full autonomy to own projects end-to-end and make key technical and strategic decisions.
