      Pros

      Haverhill factory is a great place to work, lots of energy and chances to grow with the company as it grows. Staff looked after with benefits and shift patterns are good with less downtime now and more structure after 8 months since factory opened Senior management open and available to discuss issues

      Startup so takes time for processes to mature but improving every day No hot food in canteen
