Pros

If you have been employed by a Director - you're safe and have endless career opportunities, go for it and you'll be protected

Cons

Promotions are given to those who are friends with people in high positions. People who have been loyal to the company and deserving of promotions are overlooked whilst external friends of the Directors are brought in instead. Dramatic decisions are made by people who have no grasp on the day to day processes of the business and with little to no communication. The CTO is highly unpredictable and often yells and swears at people, making staff anxious to be in the office. The other Directors pass this behaviour off and explain that he's actually really smart so it's ok. The office manager, recruiter, Director of Operations, Director of Customer, and HR are completely incompetent and again related to the owners. Marry someone senior and you'll get a free visa and all expenses paid to ship over here whilst being a manager to a massive team in Pakistan. Salary increases are very rare and completely random - not based on actual performance. The starting salary as an Implementation Consultant is lower than the amount competitors were offering 10 years ago, and salary reviews are rare if not non-existent. Earlier in the year, a collective grievance was raised against the company as they created a new, illegal policy that breached employment law and contradicted the impacted employee's contracts. There is a complete lack of communication both between teams and also from higher up. The business boasts about new business acquisitions and investment yet cannot treat their staff with respect or listen to their feedback. Changes in process come as a surprise when situations arise and are communicated on long slack threads with little visibility. Their eagerness to create half baked functionality creates a negative environment for staff where frustrated customers constantly complain about lack of product features and workflows not being considered when designing features - customer churn has never been higher. The sales team have no accountability due to the sales Director being very close with the CEO.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sorry to hear this has been your experience, particularly around career progression and recognition. As our organisation continues to grow, we have introduced more structured processes designed to support fairness, consistency and transparency across recruitment, promotion, and reward decisions. These frameworks are intended to ensure opportunities are assessed against the skills, experience, and requirements of each role. We recognise that periods of organisational change can bring challenges, particularly as we strengthen leadership teams and invest in capabilities to support our long-term growth plans. Creating a positive and inclusive working environment remains extremely important to us. We recently conducted a global employee survey, which returned positive overall engagement and eNPS results, while also providing valuable feedback on areas where we can continue to improve. We remain committed to listening to colleagues and evolving our practices as the organisation grows. We appreciate your feedback and we wish you well in your future career. Best regards, The Joblogic Team

Pros

Things were good back then, good benefit, friendly working environment and management, at least until 2024.

Cons

Starting from 2024, the working environment is nothing but a toxic, nightmare working environment, all the benefits were cut, despite keeps being "invested", and just recently layed off 15 employees without any notice, just a short Teams call and boom, you're locked out from your working device, not a single email (your mailbox is also locked out immediately after that), and then intimidating me to sign the contract termination with only one month of compensation, otherwise I'll be in the "Blacklist" of the Vietnam's Software Industry ??? About the management: Extremely strict micro-management, they event track how you you look to go to the rest room and immediately asked HR to send you the warning. Tons of nonsense and sudden tasks that mess your entire individual plan and then the team's plan. Team size and member just keep changing due to "Restructuring", can't even remember I met new colleagues and change my desk throughout the last 2 years. Such an evil and toxic company, my worst decision to spent over 6 years for this company to be disrespected like this.
