Pros
Super helpful team and everyone works together to succeed. David one of the owners is amazing and involved daily in all aspects of the business. Asks for feedback from customers and addresses what is needed in the platform. He involves everyone in all aspects and decisions of the company so you always feel important. Great pay!
Cons
The company is growing fast and needs more structure for departments ie: marketing, accounting, client retention, etc to take the load off of David. I especially felt the need for a position for someone (receptionist) that isn't in sales and not relying on sales to answer the main lines in the NJ office as this always creates some unfairness for those working remotely.
