      Pros

      Everyone works together well and people who do stick around have been there for many years. Once you learn the business there's huge earning potential

      Cons

      Long sales cycles, the team lacked race and gender diversity, and management varied by region so some barely managed and others micromanaged.

      There are some great people at this company, unfortunately, none of them run the company.

      Cons

      The old CEO was invisible in the company but loved the spotlight out. Took credit for company he did very little at and forced out all the good leaders. That was the better of the CEOs. The new CEO understands very little of the business, but steps on those who know what they are doing. He is killing off long term customers and dismantling what was once a good culture. I started looking in 2020 after my favorite leader was fired, glad i did. Much happier with a company that is respectful with leadership that is supportive.
