As a startup culture our workplace environment is constantly evolving and often at our stage people wear multiple hats. That can create challenges in managing time and deliverables. It is an area we are working on.
If you believe we misrepresented a commitment at hire please contact us, we do use employment agreements to clearly articulate our commitments as you know.
We do ask that employees be available during our core hours and come into the office to participate in team based meetings and collaborative working sessions. We also provide time to work remotely as a hybrid work environment.
In addition, our annual retention is approximately 90% and 30% of our employees have been with the company greater than 3 years.
Small startup-like company that puts itself first always. While I was there I saw a lot of bad management practices, and people placed as the third priority.
