IELTS has just started to break into New Brunswick and there is room to move up into the new positions they are creating. Communication with the regional office was smooth and quick. The hours are great since tests are only on Saturday (and sometimes Sunday). As a supervisor you may be required to work an hour or two on the odd week-day but they can work around your schedule. Was a great job for a student!
Cons
You are testing out of a university so the space needs to be setup every weekend that you test. If there are issues with electrical, etc. you as a supervisor are responsible to make sure it gets fixed in time for the test later that day. Doesn't happen often and gets easier to fix as you get to know the setup.
