      - Competitive compensation and benefits. - Some co-workers are great. - Excellent office facilities.

      - No work-life balance with unreasonable expectations. - Too many politics resulting in an extremely toxic work environment. - Terrible management with a lack of communication between departments. - No employee development or career progression.

      - flex days - RRSP contributions

      Cons

      - slow decay of corporate culture and values - decrease in compensation and benefits (pssst....recession is over) - no care for employee development or retention - toxic environment to work in Bottom line: You'd be better off as a door greeter at Walmart than working here.
