I worked at Inter Pipeline full-time
Pros
Fruit baskets. Nice office fixtures. Really new office building with fantastic coffee machines
Cons
It's a cult there. If you do not fit into the group, your life is really hard. People gossip really loud when supervisors are not around. And put on a complete new face when superiors are checking in. People are seemingly nice, but a lot of close work relationships are purely built on gossip and common interest.

Nice office location. Sit-standing desks. Flex days.
Cons
Been here for almost 3 years and it has not gotten better. Toxic environment. Too much work dumped on employees. Terrible management that seems to truly not know what they're doing, it leaves you dumbfounded at times. Company's actions constantly contradict their words. A lot of talk about mental health but don't fix the issues that are causing most mental health problems. Do not have a structured career development plan. Lacking in good technology systems and softwares (ex. old slow laptops, not enough data on phone plan). Culture has gone down with company growth, and despite company initiatives, has not made progress.

Toxic work environment Management turn blind eye to bad behaviour and pretend bullying doesn’t happen then roll out respect workshops People worked to breaking point and management keep loading on work and then they run mental health workshops and say ‘we care about your well being’ Very political - people don’t trust each other
