      Pros

      Really great people who want to do well for the clients. Working for major U K. banks as clients which is good for your CV.

      Cons

      Stuck in the past! Old boys club where your face has to fit to be able to progress in your career. Work locations have poor decor and are tired.

      Pros

      Parking. Some nice people working there trying hard to cope. canteen is nice and the site is only a 5 minute drive to the shops

      Cons

      Plagued with micro-managers. Long serving staff immune to criticism. New staff dis-empowered if the face doesn't fit. Management afraid to criticize the long servers , no matter what.
