Working hours due to the fact of being a parent with children in school, lovely people to chat and bond connections.
Cons
Ops experts with no clue of processes, managers without access to help and support the workers, bullying, all these can lead to burnout if you're not strong enough mentally to take it. Expressing your opinions or disagreeing with management is not well received and can quickly turn into a toxic environment. The manager lacked understanding of the actual work and processes, which made things even more frustrating. If you value a healthy work-life balance, this isn't the right place. I stayed for four years, but I wouldn't make the same mistake again.
