      Some of the window views from the building are nice

      Cons

      Absolute control leadership leaves no room for innovation. Awful management with no respect for home boundaries. Seriously, don't work here.

      Pros

      100 percent paid medical coverage. Some good team mates. Diverse environment when not being spun out of control by over reaction of the COO

      Cons

      Egotistical COO pushes blame. Pushes anyone out that is not a YES man. No HR structure. A lawsuit waiting to happen. Huge conflicts of interest and entitlement. No respect for personal time.

      Obtained experience working in a PMO.

      Cons

      Management is disorganized. Leadership is non-existent. There is no planning. They have had several large staff reductions in order to try and cut costs, getting rid of their more experienced staff.
