      There are many opportunities. The owner is very hands on tries to create a good atmosphere for the employees. I learned a lot and enjoyed my time at Inpac.

      Pros

      The company carries variety of great products that are in high demand by the customers, so I see a lot of growth opportunities for the company. I've got to learn a lot working closely with the owner and the management team! There are a lot of career growth opportunities, and I've also enjoyed working the caring, family-like atmosphere.

      Cons

      As a wholesale distributor, Inpac Tools is a very fast-paced environment, and for people who can't work in that kind of environment, it could be difficult.
