    Pros

You will be greeted with a friendly face

    Cons

That friendly face will become your worst nightmare after three months.
Toxic culture where people are stuck in abusive relationships and don't leave.
The good one's continue to rotate out.

    Advice to Management

    Sell the company

    Pros

Hey. I was just listening to a podcast about the 13 qualities of bad leaders. And I realized, that our CEO did not have any of those qualities. You've been one of the best bosses and best leaders that I've had the privilege to work with. Just wanted you to know that.

    Cons

There has been a lot of growth and change and sometimes what is a priority to me, isn't a priority to the company.

I have been working at Infront Consulting full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Ability to progress
    Flexibility in working remotely
Organized system of leadership using the Entrepreneurial Organization System

    Cons

The only con ( if you can even call it that) is the noisy server room!!

    Advice to Management

Keep up with the EOS system as it has made a world of difference with the morale of the team.

I have been working at Infront Consulting full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Quickly growing team of top flight consultants
    - Consultants around the globe provide access to team support most any time of day
    - Deep ties to Microsoft provide unique learning opportunities and vendor support most others don't have access to
    - Team leads in place to help consultants to develop career path and manage needs
    - Better work life balance and travel than I experienced at previous employers
    - Generous profit sharing bonuses and actual commission paid for even small projects a consultant may bring in randomly from contacts
    - Work from home and travel scheduling can typically be negotiated and arranged around your schedule
    - Being a training-centric organization you have access to a lot of training and class resources in addition to other opportunities to learn, TechEd/MMS etc.
    - World class clientele means interesting and challenging engagement opportunities
    - Pay is competitive with other organizations that courted me before I decided to join Infront

    Cons

    - Vacation time is lower than I'd like
    - Project management bench needs more filing out to better support deployment leads

    Advice to Management

Continue development path and look into further developing PMO.

I worked at Infront Consulting full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

since they only have one office in Toronto, everybody else can work remote, unless on a project. do not micro manage you, unless you are a poor performer

    Cons

lost 2 senior exec in last 6 months as well as 2 of our "smartest guys in the room." we are told monthly how well we are doing, then told how bad finances are after receiving less than 3% bonus, which is now called "profit sharing." the remaining senior exec mgmt seems confused, disorganized and not on the same page about anything. infront charges some of the highest rates in the industry, where is ALL that money going????

    Advice to Management

constantly trying to hire new people so you don't have to pay them "profit sharing" is not a strategy. be more honest about viability of company

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Infront Consulting full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The pros of Infornt are what others have said, remote work, good bunch of guys, some good projects. The biggest benefit is that when you leave Infront you know you have probably survived the worst move of your career

    Cons

Hmm, the list is pretty short actually. We got told time and time again how good the company was doing, until it came time to pay out bonus and it always fell short. The staff turnover is supper high, we had no labs, no infrastructure to work on. There is NO doubt that most of the reviews are written by the CEO.

    Advice to Management

Pay people better bonus, invest in some infrastructure and give us more time to learn the tech we are supposed to know. Get better access to more cloud platforms.

I worked at Infront Consulting full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Work from home as a consultant is nice. Also, you get a ton of bench time during certain times of the year.

    Cons

toxic culture bent on using the core values as a bullying tactic. I would warn anyone considering working here to move on. Super high turnover rate. Almost no one makes it longer then 2 years unless related to CEO.

    Advice to Management

There is no advice anyone could give to management where they would listen
