Pros
Free soda, snack and occasional tacos. Family friendly can bring kids to work and work from home for some people.
Cons
Wonderful people to work with beside managers. They all school mates and friends with the owner of company. Very unorganized and do whatever they feel like. Company is running on sales and high paying to close friends. The rest of employees are replaceable, not important, and treated with little respect. Directors/Manager only care about you if they needed something from you. Horrible culture at all departments (i.e. people are trying to blame and not be seen in a bad light with the “directors”) I wouldn't recommend anyone to join unless you are out of job and no where to turn to. Open and honest communication is not appreciate. What is appreciated is agreeing with management.
