      Pros

      The Owner recognizes hard work and provides lunches when we're all grinding at the stone.

      Cons

      Hot mess with Upper Management. Process is close to nil. Alot of politics among "Directors". Some of the employees believe IPC is a social welfare machine.

      Pros

      Get to know your co-works personally. Lots of very good, hardworking and reliable people here. Really friendly and laid back atmosphere.

      Cons

      Disorganization, confusion and miscommunication. Lots of items that get escalated to executive level get put by the wayside.

      Pros

      The people who are there to do the work, and that excludes executive team. Snacks and team building events.

      Cons

      Delusional to think you'll be promoted for being a contributor. Think differently and you'll get released. You may know a lot or have common sense, but not enough for EMT to believe it. They'll move up someone with no industry experience before you'll get a pay raise. Covid is partly to blame, but for how long?
