Hard to Believe This Company is in Business

Pros

Clients are nice. Gift cards are fun!

Cons

Leadership - horrible. Unorganized, blind leading the blind, no forward thinking vision. Continue to lose business every quarter (clients leaving them for their competitor as all of the good, talented people running the business left). The man responsible for and running Canada needs to go. Only talks incessantly about himself. Hires weak people around him to make him feel "smart". Weak management all the way around. Company is a revolving door. Turnover is 1000% - the highest I have ever seen in any company. Management in US is incapable and are only there because they suck up to the owner (a rich, narcissist who cares about no one but himself). Out of touch with reality, don't stay current on new trends. Move too slow. In this world of digital, they are still hanging plastic cards on pegs. Their competitor is eating them for lunch. Cheap. Total sweatshop. Keep asking employees to take on multiple roles yet receive no extra renumeration. Some people doing the job of 3 people because they're cheap. Human resources is a joke. No support or help to employees. Very lazy and unengaged.

Pros

Great staff. Great work environment. Industry leader which is due to the staff and foundation the top brass of the Canadian company gave to InComm USA

Cons

The company is American and will be trying to move all assets to their American branches for their benefit. Which truly is a shame due to the high quality of management and employees they have.
