      Avoid! Leaving people unpaid, disposing of loyal employees to cut cost and even STEALING government benefits!

      Pros

      Some interesting projects, remote flexible work

      Cons

      Not following any employment laws, disposing of long term loyal incredible hard working team without paying their wages or entitlements. But worst of all, on top of not paying they STOLE (!!!) parental leave pay money they received from the government on my behalf and didn’t pay it to me, ignoring all communication. That is purely immoral and disgusting thing to do to a new mother, let alone someone who worked hard for 8 years in the company! Long history on paying late or not paying at all, no care in the world for their employees.

      Pros

      The ground level staff who build products are extremely talented individuals. The clients were also great. Diverse range of products to work with.

      Cons

      Upper management are absolutely terrible. They fired loyal, long-term employees to cut costs. If they can screw you out of a dollar, they will. They pay late. They pay partial amounts. The CEO is protected by his loyal hounds who will constantly spout "I don't know". Also the upper management are all related in some way.

      Pros

      There are a lot of great opportunities to rapidly grow professionally, although maybe not adhering to best practices or with a good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Many employees stay less than a year, with very high turnover. Any "DEI" initiatives started and ended in June 2020. The incentives they offer like bonuses and raises do not happen.
