      1.30% Targeted Firing planned for 2026-27. 2.All the firing based on goals & scales which are never shared with the employees. 3.Mood based deadlines. 4.Leaders continue to fly business class, while the lower rank employees transport gets cancelled. 5. the 'AI AI AI Rap' from the leadership - while struggling with common sense themselves. 6.Become your bosses favorite - in the process ensure you dump your failures on someone else. 7.Harass people doing quality work - dump them in meaningless paperwork. If this company trusts their leadership any longer, they surely can sink this ship way faster.
