      Pros

Nice place to work. Feels like being part of the family. A lot of nice activities and nice facility. (Gym, showers, volleyball court, free snacks and coffee, etc.)

      Cons

Need to hire more people so that the work is spread more between people. Decisions need to be shared inside the team rather than taken at the lead level.

I found ISAAC to be a company with the right intention in assisting some employee's. In saying this I would advise others to look at them.

Nothing I can say except more training needed for C-level executives.

      Property Manager

As a leasing agent for two years, I then worked my way to assistant manager for t 11 months. Then, to a property manager position, nine months into my new role as manager, I was terminated, with no warning, completely unexpected. How do I explain this undeserving action and embarrassment in an upcoming interview without any risk in the decision-making of my employment with the company I am interested in? I hope I am relaying this in a way that is understood.
