IIHT is an organisation which enables you to have a vision in your career, it offers great growth opportunities, infact here you grow with the company. I work with great managers who are always around for support, they have given me large responsibilities relatively early in my career. So, to be precise IIHT is a haven for go-getters.

Cons

They follow Govt Bank model for weekend offs, so we get only second and fourth Saturdays off.
