Very focused questions. Lot of clarity on job role. Growth opportunities detailed during interview. Seemed like good avenues for personal and professional growth. Pretty much flat hierarchal structure and easy access to Management.

Telephonic round: It was about your previous experiences and salary expectation . Technical interview are conducted by other trainers if required. Actually they hired more those people who has already experience in Delivering Training.
