Staff does not mean anything. Everything is about customers and money. Old school mentality, no proper HR. Very poor communication from the management.

Management keeps on changing. They make people redundant every 6 to 8 months. Even well performing members. They promote people who talk the talk. Senior management does not know what is happening at the delivery level.
