      Toxic work environment

      Pros

      Good pay if your full time. Part time employees have a higher pay rate, but don't get to work enough to pay their bills. Free health insurance for full time.

      Cons

      Upper management has almost zero recovery experience. Experienced, long-term employees are blacklisted from promotions for trying to advocate for their coworkers. Promotions given to least experienced "yes-man" persons.

      - Compensation is pretty good - Work is not very difficult - 2-2-3 work schedule means = more days off

      Cons

      - Leadership team could be better - PTO system is bad - Team based enviorment with a lot of gossip
