Pros
- Flexible Work times (You can choose your hours as long as you get your work done) - Decent Renumeration (Based on location, but for my location, it's competitive) - Access to latest tools and technologies (Not only does the company uses latest programming technologies, it also provides ample access to tools like modern AI development tools) - Ability to take real ownership of your work
Cons
- Can feel chaotic at first due to fast pace, not much of a time to get comfortable like in larger, traditional companies - Sometimes frequent changes of technology might feel too fast to adapt to
