Very nice people work there. They know how to find and hire great people.

Cons

Employees with vision and leadership and team building qualities will not last long. The company values submission. This is a company for people who want to keep their mouths shut and do what they are told, even in the face of unethical and unprofessional behavior.

Pros

The commute to work was easy. Great food spots in the area. Need I say more about the company. No longer working there.

Cons

No room for growth. A lot of high school gossip throughout the company. Extreme favoritism which is unfortunate. Salaries were unacceptable and unfair as wealth. Benefits need an upgrade as well.

Nice co-workers, location, occasional nice surprise treats from management.

Cons

Recent layoffs are not over yet - company is struggling to meet performance standards. Hindered in part by some legacy friend/family middle management positions, held back by somewhat older technology and methods.
