      Management bullies' employees and blatantly favors people

      Pros

      If you enjoy not having a life outside of work, being made to feel awful everyday, being spoken down to, and working 5 times as hard to get a promotion you'll never receive because the manager has a better personal relationship (or prefers to flirt with) someone else HASBROI is for you. Enjoy the 1950's.

      Cons

      EXTREMELY toxic work environment. I've had managers speak to me about employees in completely unprofessional ways. I've also seen management bully people into leaving the company and firing people for serious mental health issues they're going through. There is no compassion for employees here and gossip runs rampant. DO NOT say anything to anyone you would not want repeated. 0 trust among staff and managers

      No room for growth, management needs training on coaching employees, a lot of favoritism in the workplace, if a manager doesn't like you then you are targeted, salary is low for old employees, no equality

      Fun product, mostly good coworkers, low stress, permanent half day fridays

      Cons

      company is going downhill for years with no signs of improving, resulting in multiple mass layoffs per year. CEO doesn't have a clue.
