Pros
Colleagues are great to work with, no back stabbing or personal attack. You can learn the business top to down, from R&D to manufacturing and quality. Very good work-life balance, overwork once in a while.
Cons
Short on resource, needs better management and cross functional capabilities. Weak management and high employee turnover in the R&D makes work harder.
