Pros
Participation in service delivery to people in need makes working for HIO meaningful from that perspective.
Cons
Corruption is common with poor governance. Style of leaderships is old fashioned autocratic allowing for toxic work environment to continue. Persons with low leadership skills circulate top management positions. Underpaid unmotivated employees. Poor service is the logic end result.
