      Pros

      Overall, the staff are good, hardworking people. The fully remote environment helps support a healthy work/life balance.

      Cons

      The Senior Management team has turned over and the new leaders tend to micromanage. Instead of focusing on strategy, they often get caught up in minor details that would be better handled by the staff who are actually doing the work and have first‑hand information from members.

      Great pay, supportive staff, caring bosses, new leadership and vision, great coworkers

      Cons

      There isn't much upward mobility, but not everyone wants to be CEO. It's nice to just clock in, do your job and enjoy it.

      Pros

      Very inclusive Supportive and give you the utensils you need to succeed/ progress Good positives including gym membership Flexibility with working from home Had a good relationship with all staff from senior management to other staff. Had weekly meeting with the whole company to stay up-to-date with everything going on! Opinions and ideas heard!
