      Catfished!

      I have nothing to say in this field. No pros.

      Cons

      I wouldn't recommend this job. The CEO and COO of the company are great however, it's the first time I was ever "catfished" by an employer. Once hired, the expectations changed. This is a telemarketing cold calling role and you are expected to make at least 60 calls per day. If you do complete a deal within a 3 month time frame, you will be fired. There isn't an HR department and there is no set standard to how the office is ran as far as rules and regulations.

      Pros

      The CEO and COO are great. I loved the people I worked with there. I wish they are still there.

      Cons

      Everything. If you don't meet your goals or even if you do, you're fired. When I first started working there, someone new was hired a month or two later. The first day they started working and came in, you can tell that they were shocked. This new guy spent an hour on a phone looking for another job and didn't come back the next day.

      Pros

      Great training. Especially having moved on to a bigger multi-national, you realise how beneficial the one to one training benefits us as sales people. The tools you will learn here, regardless of what you do in the future, will hold you in excellent stead. Superb tools. Once again, I didn't realise how spoilt I was there with the systems. Everything is extremely streamlined. Not a spreadsheet in sight! Very positive support from the top down. There's also an opportunity to influence the company, regardless of your position. If you have a logical suggestion, it will never be dismissed. The product. It's the best of it's kind in the World, hands down. it really blows the other products out of the water and is improving rapidly.

      Cons

      The only issue with how good the systems are, is that it spoils you for other companies. That's hardly a con though. This would be a personal thing. I felt like it was quite a 'politically correct' office. It's not typical for a Dublin office and it reduces the overall banter, I feel. I felt humour was expected to be squeaky clean, which for me, is just not funny. All in all, this was not very important of course.
