Wage Cuts, Blatant Disrespect Towards Non-Dealership Lines of Business

Pros

They somehow have been able to hire on a pretty incredible crew of people if you completely disregard upper management. Their ability to retain these amazing assets, however, is just proof of mismanagement

Cons

Wage cut to below minimum wage (an oversight caught by our amazing onsite controller), the decision not to pursue back pay for staff who are clearly struggling in the current economic season, nepotism within upper-management, treatment of non-dealership staff of their secondary lines of business being treated like an afterthought to the point of completely destroying at least one beyond salvage.

They have lost all respect i may have had

Cons

Take advantage of the current Covid situation and cutting salaries by 50% and lots of staff down to minimum wage

Pros

Good company benefits like a lunch program, purchasing cars at pretty much cost, only having to pay 50% of service costs, and the Employee Investment Program.

Cons

-while company benefits are great, they're really just smoke and mirrors masking the job -no room for advancement -corporate is run by family & friends mostly, which means that the ones making decisions aren't even qualified to make the decisions. This makes it hard to do your job since the requests you get aren't well thought out - there's a lot of ambiguity. -no loyalty for time spent with the company -no support for career goals or personal goals - reviews are a joke -pay isn't great if you're not in the top tier - VP's and execs make an obscene amount of money
