People are friendly and you have chance to work with AAA title games. It is a very good position for beginners who want to step in to game field as you can learn a lot and see how the game creates from the beginning.

Cons

Salary might be low since you sometimes can in very stressful condition (when close to sign off date)

Pros

I started working as a Junior LQA and after 1 year I was promoted to Senior LQA. The promotion process was fast and fair, I had the opportunity to work on more than 20 projects learning something new in each one. Each time I've had to leave for personal or health reasons, I've always been treated with great respect. I'm going on maternity leave soon and I received a lot of support and care from the team and HR at this very important stage in my life.

Cons

The bad thing about the games industry is that usually in December the number of projects drops significantly.
