1. Good work environment, people are extremely helpful from all departments and overall office culture is good. 2. Office location is good, as Bangalore office is in Kalyani Magnum, JP Nagar. 3. We were given travel opportunity to Sydney.

Pros

Good work culture, lot of on the job training, management genuinely interested in employee well being. Apart from skills required for job, company invest in employee benefits and overall development. Great management, who truly lead by example. Good office facility and excellent ambiance.

Cons

Traffic in the area is a small issue.

Lack of investment in culture Leadership hoards decision making - decisions are made without the right people in the room resulting in poor outcomes Wrong leaders in senior positions - business has outgrown their capabilities Feedback is not encouraged (outside of engineering) Low salary Bonus last year was minimal Significant number of people leaving the business
