Pros
The benefits are great, health insurance is almost unbeatable, management is open to feedback and pay is fair. They are very open and honest with employees about how the company is doing with monthly status reports. Morale is usually pretty good due to monthly fun events that you can choose to participate in. They also allow a lot of flexibility to accommodate family needs
Cons
No more “bring your dog to work” days :( but for real I can’t think of any!
