Been here for years so expect to get paid rock bottom low wage with no view of moving up, getting appraisals or a raise. No positive feedback from managers ever despite good performance and they'll take you for granted even though you do a lot of extra work for them.
A lot of backstabbing goes on here too but that seems to be the internal company culture.
The team are fantastic to work with - we operate like one big family. Everyone is really driven to make the company grow.
