Good place to start learning about different parts of the technology stack(ranging from Mechanical Engineering to Software Development) Friendly colleagues and good chill culture No hierarchy and bureaucracy Understands employees need time to learn to pick up new skills and knowledge Exposure to a wide variety of industry projects Get to push goal specific boundaries 1 step at a time
