Pros

Casual dress, flexible hours, some coworkers are tolerable

Cons

Where do I begin… a few years ago this company was fun to work for and the people I worked with were great. Last year the company went to dogsh** by laying off people in the warehouse, head office, and shuttering stores. They expect the untrained employees to refurbish consoles and controllers so that they can immediately be flipped and resold. No one communicates with anyone so standards of how a store should look and run is anyone’s guess. The pay is awful ($15) but the raise incentives are worse they range anywhere between 0%-4% increase. You literally have work like dog in order to get any sort of recognition. They’ll also dangle promotions in front of you for as long as you’ll let them without them ever actually promoting you. I fully expect this company to go under in the next 5 years (that’s being generous).
