      Pros

      Having autonomy to do a TON OF WORK

      Cons

      No one cares about you, you are a just a number to get them to a higher bottom line number. Went to a dodgers game and was so excited to meet the CEO, spoke to him for legit 25 seconds before he walked away to someone "more important". They have their "favorites" and anyone else is whatever to them.

      Pros

      Exposure to many industries in the start up space, a huge team of extremely knowledgable professionals, and lots of autonomy.

      Cons

      The tech moves fast, there are many systems to learn/know internally and across client base. Standardized procedures are still being ironed out.

      -Tons of ability to learn about various industries in a short amount of time -Ability to work on a wide range of projects it would take years to touch as internal HR -Great management team who is focused on building a team of experts

      -Can be tough transition from internal HR to consulting, it requires self discipline
