-Tons of ability to learn about various industries in a short amount of time -Ability to work on a wide range of projects it would take years to touch as internal HR -Great management team who is focused on building a team of experts

-Can be tough transition from internal HR to consulting, it requires self discipline

My boss intentionally overloaded me with too much work. My boss would try to micromanage me on a consistent basis. This interfered with productivity and made it much more difficult to meet client deadlines. It was clear to me that my boss knew what he was doing. When dealing with clients, my boss would contradict me in meetings with clients, just to make himself look better than me. This caused harm to my relationship with clients and my boss tried to use this against me. In sum, Full Stack is a toxic work environment that I would not recommend to anyone. Stay away from this company.
