Pros
There was a decent work culture and people were generally friendly. The training was extensive and you were never made to feel silly for not knowing something.
Cons
The calls usually started fine until you explained the £60 administration fee for policy amendments - understandably, customers didn't enjoy paying such a high fee. Dealing with so many unhappy customers every day is demoralising especially when you can tell that someone really can't afford to pay it.
