Forte pioneered the ACII accreditation in Cambodia and taught courses to the public so they could receive internationally recognized qualifications to build a network of insurance professionals to support the industry
Cons
Since Cambodia is a third world country, there is no standardized underwriting guidelines, reasoning demographically, historical data is not available needed to determine the factors involved with underwriting various risks. When the company was launched all staff are not even aware of Insurance industry and hence affected and making functions difficult until course of Insurance were offered during the later years.
