Flexible schedule, Remote. Nice benefits. Overall nice people to work with.
Cons
Mixed messages from leadership and they don't appear to know what they are doing since the acquisition of Web Courseworks. Pay is pretty low and not very competitive. Not enough resources and people have been strained because of workload. There now seems to be no job security and no future for anyone at Forj. The company will likely get run into the ground in a few years or they themselves will eventually get bought out by a bigger organization.
